The prize draw entries are valid if submitted between 10am Tuesday 2nd December 2025 and 5pm Tuesday 2nd December 2025 on Instagram;
Open to participants aged 18 or over;
Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries will be deemed invalid;
The winner will win a prize bundle from Ryman’s range of products. The value of this bundle has been set in advance and is worth approximately £550.
No purchase is necessary to enter the prize draw; there will be no cash alternative;

PROMOTIONAL ACTIVITY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. GENERAL PROMOTIONAL ACTIVITY TERMS
1.1 These Terms and Conditions, together with any specific rules set out in a notice regarding Promotional Activity run by the Theo Paphitis Retail Group (Ryman - 03007166 - Ryman House, Savoy Road, Crewe, Cheshire, CW1 6NA; Robert Dyas - 4041884 - Kindred House, 17 Hartfield Road, Wimbledon, London, SW19 3SE; Boux Avenue - 07191520 - Kindred House, 17 Hartfield Road, London, United Kingdom, SW19 3SE; London Graphic Center - 06062021 - Ryman House, Savoy Road, Crewe, Cheshire, CW1 6NA) from time to time, together form (“the Rules”), and apply to Promotional Activity advertised on the website (https://www.theopaphitis.com) (“Website”), in email newsletters (“Newsletter”) or on Instagram, X, Facebook, or similar (“Social Media”), unless otherwise expressly stated.
1.2 By entering Promotional Activity such as a Competition or Prize Draw, entrants agree to be bound by the Rules.

1.4 Rules specific to each Promotional Activity are displayed in a notice on the Website, Newsletter or on Social Media, and form part of the Rules. In the event of a discrepancy between these Terms and Conditions and the specific rules set out in the notice of Promotional Activity, the latter shall prevail.
1.5 The Theo Paphitis Retail Group reserve the right to cancel or amend the Promotional Activity without notice in the event of a force majeure incident arising, such as a catastrophe, act of God, war, civil or military disturbance or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation, or any other event outside the reasonable control of the Theo Paphitis Retail Group. Any changes will be posted either within these Terms and Conditions or within the notice associated with the Promotional Activity, where possible.
1.6 In the event of any dispute regarding the Rules, results, conduct and all other matters relating to the Promotional Activity, the decision of the Theo Paphitis Retail Group shall be final, and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
1.7 The Theo Paphitis Retail Group shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these Terms and Conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
1.8 The Theo Paphitis Retail Group promotions are in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, X, Instagram or any other social network. 2. QUALIFYING ENTRANTS
2.1 Employees (or members of the families or households of employees) of the Theo Paphitis Retail Group or any company involved in the management, issuance or promotion of the Promotional Activity or, if relevant, any advertising agency or web company connected with the Promotional Activity or any such person’s subsidiary or associated companies, are not eligible to enter the Promotional Activity. The Theo Paphitis Retail Group reserves the right not to award a prize (and to select an alternative winner) if the Theo Paphitis Retail Group is aware or has reasonable grounds to believe that a winner is not eligible.
2.2 Additional eligibility requirements may apply to specific Promotional Activity, which will be set out in the notice associated with the said Promotional Activity.
2.3 By entering the Promotional Activity, entrants hereby warrant that all information submitted by them is true, current and complete.
2.4 The address entrants provide in the event they are selected as a winner, will be used to send any prizes. Unless stated otherwise, entry is only open to residents of the United Kingdom excluding Northern Ireland.
2.5 The Theo Paphitis Retail Group assumes that by using the Website and entering, entrants are aged 18 or over or, if they are under 18, that their parents have consented to their entry and these Rules. If a Promotional Activity is only open to a certain age group (e.g. 18 and over), this will be set out in the specific rules relating to it, and the Theo Paphitis Retail Group assumes (and the entrant warrants) that by entering, they are the appropriate age to enter.
2.6The Theo Paphitis Retail Group reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of the Rules.
2.7 In the event that any entrant’s entry is disqualified, the Theo Paphitis Retail Group in its sole discretion may decide whether a replacement winner should be selected. In this event, any further entrant will be selected on the same criteria as the original entrant and will be subject to these Rules.
3. ENTRIES
3.1 Entrants may enter each Promotional Activity once, unless indicated otherwise. Where a winner has been selected and the Theo Paphitis Retail Group discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe the winner has used any software or automated process either to answer questions or to make bulk entries, the Theo Paphitis Retail Group may, in its sole discretion, select an alternative winner. Any further winner will be selected on the same criteria as the original winner, and will be equally subject to these Rules.
3.2 Entries must be made in the manner required, and by the closing date and time specified in the specific rules relating to each Promotional Activity. Failure to meet these criteria will result in disqualification.
3.3 Any purchase requirement will be detailed in the specific rules of the Promotional Activity. Failure to meet any such requirement will result in disqualification. Any return made of the said purchased items before any specific date detailed in the rules will result in disqualification. In the absence of a specific date being defined, return of purchased items before the closing date or draw date (whichever is the latter) will result in disqualification.
3.4 Any other requirement as part of the Promotional Activity rules will be detailed in the specific rules relating to the Promotional Activity. Failure to meet or to continue to meet any such requirement will result in disqualification. In the absence of a specific date being defined, failing to meet or to continue to meet the requirement before the closing date or draw date (whichever is the latter) will result in disqualification.
3.5 Proof of submission cannot be accepted as proof of receipt. The Theo Paphitis Retail Group cannot accept responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft, destruction, alteration of or unauthorised access to Entries, or Entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of server functions, technical issues, virus, bugs or other causes outside the control of the Theo Paphitis Retail Group.
4. PROMOTIONAL ACTIVITY
4.1 Unless stated otherwise, prize winners will be chosen at random from all correct and eligible Entries or from all submitted Entries (where creative or artistic merit or other subjective criteria apply to Entries), on or after the closing date specified, or if no date is specified, within 30 days of the closing date specified in the specific rules relating to the Promotional Activity. Where applicable, tie-breakers will be judged by Ryman and, if required by law, by an independent adjudicator. In all matters, the decision of any judge(s) and Ryman shall be final, and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
4.2 Prize winners will be notified in the manner and within the time specified, or within 30 days of the closing date specified. Notification may be by any means of communication made available by the entrant, such as postal address, email, telephone or via Direct Message on X/Facebook/Instagram or other similar forum of social media. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable, failure to reply within a reasonable period, or failure to return calls involving Ryman’s attempts to notify an entrant of their win, may result in disqualification, and selection of an alternate winner. Furthermore, if prizes are not claimed within 28 days of notification, replacement winners will be chosen from the remaining entries.
4.3 If more than one prize is awarded, only one prize per entrant will be awarded. The winner(s)’ names and county they are located in will be published on the Website, subject to consent being obtained by the winner.
4.4 Claims for prizes must be made in the manner and within the time specified. Failure to claim a prize within this time or in the manner specified, may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
4.5 Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash or voucher alternative. The Theo Paphitis Retail Group reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at any time. Delivery of prizes can only be made in the United Kingdom and the Theo Paphitis Retail Group undertakes to make reasonable efforts to complete delivery.
4.6 Prizes are awarded at the Theo Paphitis Retail Group’s discretion and no prizes will be awarded as a result of improper actions by or on behalf of any entrant.
4.7 Where a prize may not be appropriate for a younger contestant, the minimum age for entry will be stated and must be observed. The Theo Paphitis Retail Group reserves the right to request written proof of age of any winner.
4.8 All and any expenses, associated with a prize or gift, unless specifically stated, are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.
5. LIABILITY
5.1 The Theo Paphitis Retail Group cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant for entering, or as a result of accepting any prize.
5.2 The Theo Paphitis Retail Group is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone, computer, server, or providers, computer equipment or software, failure of any email or entry to be received on account of technical problems on the internet, telephone, or at any web site, or any combination of these, including any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer or telephone related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials associated with the Promotional Activity.
5.3 Nothing shall exclude the Theo Paphitis Retail Group’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
6. DATA PROTECTION AND PUBLICITY
6.1 The personal data of Entrants and winners will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be viewed here:
6.2 The Theo Paphitis Retail Group will only use winners’ details to: contact winners to notify them that they have won; to use winners’ postal addresses in order to deliver their prize; and, subject to winners’ approval, to publish their win using their name and county.
6.3 Winners may be offered the chance to take part in related promotional activity, and in the event they provide consent, the Theo Paphitis Retail Group reserves the right to use the names and addresses of winners, their photographs and audio and/or visual recordings of them in any such publicity, unless otherwise agreed.
6.4 Personal data relating to entrants and winners will be retained by the Theo Paphitis Retail Group for a reasonable period after the Promotional Activity closes, to assist the Theo Paphitis Retail Group in dealing with any queries relating to the Promotional Activity, and to comply with relevant legislation relating to Promotional Activity.
7. JURISDICTION
7.1 The Rules will be governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England. The Website, Newsletter and Social Media are only intended to be accessed from the United Kingdom. The Theo Paphitis Retail Group makes no representation that materials on the Website, Newsletter or Social Media relating to Promotional Activity are appropriate or available for use at other locations, and access to them from territories where their contents are illegal is strictly prohibited. If you access the Website, Newsletter, or Social Media of the Theo Paphitis Retail Group outside of the United Kingdom, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws.
