Celebrating Teamwork at the 2026 Annual TPRG Store Managers Conference
The Theo Paphitis Retail Group (TPRG) recently wrapped up its annual Store Manager’s Conference at The Grand Pier in Weston-super-Mare, and the energy was, once again, incredible.
This year’s event centered around teamwork as the business gears up for Christmas and beyond. Open and honest dialogue between store managers and leadership teams is essential to how TPRG operates, and bringing together the people who run the stores on the ground provided an invaluable opportunity. Throughout the day, the group's various brands held dedicated breakout sessions to strategise, celebrate the past year's wins, and get fired up for the busy festive season ahead.
A massive highlight of the conference was celebrating the incredible loyalty of the team with the Long Service Awards. The group proudly recognised colleagues who have been with the business for anywhere from 10 to a phenomenal 50 years.
Putting on a conference of this scale takes a village, and TPRG extended a huge thank you to all the fantastic Ryman and Robert Dyas suppliers who supported the event this year. From showcasing their latest products to sharing industry insights, their presence helped make the conference a resounding success. TPRG acknowledges that its suppliers are an extension of the internal team. The strength of the brands relies on these fantastic relationships, and the group expressed deep gratitude for their continued support, enthusiasm, and commitment to driving shared success heading into the busiest time of the year.
After a quick wardrobe change, attendees took things back in time for a 70s and 80s-themed party on the pier. TPRG celebrated even more amazing colleagues at the evening awards ceremony, where guests enjoyed a brilliant three-course meal before hitting the dancefloor, once again entertained by the fantastic Rockets Collective as they danced the night away.
